Applications

My Space Pod™ modular Pod system applies itself to numerous applications from a single Pod unit to a whole campus housing thousands of students or workers. The Pods are massively strong and were designed to carry 40 tonnes of all kinds of cargo. The Pods are capable of being stacked together up to 15 storeys high.

Ideally designed for small plots of 1,000m²–2,000m², over levels of four or five storey high to provide the intercommunicating complexes of 100 to 250 Pods, with the further options (subject to planning and building regulations) to add on more accommodation when needed. The Pods are fully compliant to
fire, safety and disabled access requirements. Wheelchair access is available to all floors. The acoustic standards are designed to meet the very latest building regulations requirements.

My Space Pod™ self contained independent pods can be stand alone or set within a communal environment, each individual studio bedroom having its own en suite facilities, where applicable communal amenities include a reception area, kitchens, laundry rooms, relaxation areas, bicycle racks. In urban locations cafes, restaurants and roof gardens can easily be accommodated applying the same system. Specifications for each requirement to be advised please refer to My Space Pod™.
